In a closely contested playoff quarterfinal, the SAR Sting defeated DRS 47-39.  The SAR scoring was a balanced affair, with Shalom Hazan leading the charge with 12 points, 9 apiece by Ely Neuwirth and Charlie Eden, 8 by Netanel Hyman, and 6 from Henry Mann.  DRS was led by 11 each from Mandel and Feldman.  SAR played its most suffocating defense in competitive play, with three players rotating on a box and one assignment and Eden playing the back end and contributing a very high number of shot blocks.
